His public services included, Board of Directors (1987-Present) for Simpson Timber Credit Union and Linnco Federal Credit Union. Joe has specialized in multi-family construction since 1990 and was in the Business Journal top 25 Muliti-Family homebuilders for Portland in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
Joe has been a licensed & bonded contractor in Oregon and Washington since 1991. He has built, managed and owned multi-family property for 30 years in the Portland and Vancouver area. Joe has built from 20 unit to 200+ unit properties; from single level to 5 stories with elevators, and has done all of the site improvements for his multi-family projects.
More than just building and owning property, Joe arranges construction and permanent financing for all of his projects, and works closely with architects and engineers to get permit approval all the way to building completion. More than once while walking through a building in development, Joe has stopped and said "That doesn't look right. If I lived here, I would want it to look like this." Joe builds each of his properties from start to finish as if he were going to live there too. After building and financing these projects Joe oversees management of the finished properties under JMW Properties, LLC.

Having lived in the area all his life, Daryl is knowledgeable in local politics and trends in the construction industry. He has been in multifamily development for 34 years, starting out as a laborer and moved his way up to Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent to Project Manager. Daryl is currently the Project manager of Evergreen Builders and has worked for the company for 22 years.
In his free time Daryl loves to golf, spend time with his wife Julie and traveling.

Having lived in Portland now for over 12 years during which he attained his Certificate of Accountancy through Portland Community College, he is well-versed in the neighborhoods and social and political climates of the city. While Kevin’s strengths were in customer service, sales, and business development when he worked as a property management portfolio manager for 5 years, he found that those skills were easily transferable to the financial side of property management in 2014 when he joined JMW Properties Accounting Department.
In his leisure time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his dog, friends and family, traveling, dining, and festivals.

She has moved up the ladder and now serves as the Director of Operations for JMW Properties. A product of a military family, Jennifer has lived all over the United States and overseas which brought her face to face with people of all walks of life. She has used this experience when working with internal and external stakeholders to always meet them where they are and get the job done.
In her leisure time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband Parker and their son, as well as working in their garden.
